Das FSS-Modell arbeitet im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Stanzmaschinen mit einer einzigen Station mittels eines Zylinders mit einer Kraft von 8 Tonnen und erfordert daher die Verwendung einer einzigen Form. Auf diese Weise konzentriert sich die Produktion auf diejenigen Details, die nur die \u00e4u\u00dfere Oberfl\u00e4che erfordern, sei es Entgraten oder Scheren. Die wichtigste Neuerung betrifft die Vorbereitung des Systems f\u00fcr die Implementierung mit einem anthropomorphen Roboter zum Laden und Entladen der Teile, der die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, den Produktionsprozess vollst\u00e4ndig zu automatisieren. Die FSS 8T Stanzmaschine garantiert: Bessere Sicherheitsstandards, mittels: die Trennung der Steuerelemente wie Druckschalter, Druckregler und alles, was Teil der Werkskalibrierung ist, so dass sie nur f\u00fcr entsprechend geschulten und informierten Personals zug\u00e4nglich sind; Installation der Schalttafel in der Basis der Maschine und Installation derselben auf Schwingungsd\u00e4mpfern, um Vibrationen zu reduzieren, die auf lange Sicht zur Verschlechterung einiger Elemente des Systems f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. die Ausr\u00fcstung der Maschine mit einem mobilen und autonom bewegt Frontschutz wird unabh\u00e4ngig und mit einem Verriegelungssystem mittels eines pneumatischen Stangenschlosses bewegt, mit dem die bewegliche Platte in jeder Notsituation anhalten kann. Bessere Leistung und Effizienz, dank der SPS mit Industrie 4.0-Schnittstelle, die den Anschluss an das Unternehmensnetzwerk zur Erfassung und Analyse von Produktionsdaten erm\u00f6glicht.
