This system is intended for those who need precise deburring and finishing of products after the moulding phase, avoiding harmful thermal shocks and abrasive effects.<\/p>\n<p>The punching presses allow to obtain a more fluid production process and to reach high quality and efficiency levels: the percentage of waste is reduced to 3% compared to 10-15% of the classic method.\u00a0Among them we must mention the<strong> FDS 8T-I<\/strong> and the <strong>FDS 12T-I<\/strong> <strong>with independent stations<\/strong>, both born from the continuous development of the already tested FDS 16T. The Punching press FDS TI-S is an evolution of the already well-known and tested FDS 8T-I, which presents great news regarding:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Better safety standards:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Isolation and closure of control elements<\/strong>, such as pressure switches, pressure regulators and everything that is part of the factory calibration, in order to make them <strong>accessible only to adequately qualified personnel<\/strong>, or intended to be only used by Gamma Stampi technicians and consequently not accessible to standard operators.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recess of the electrical panel in the base of the machine and installation on anti-vibration mounts<\/strong>, in order to reduce the vibrations which can lead to the deterioration of some elements of the system.<\/li>\n<li>Replacement of the previous mobile front protection.
