Type of data processed

The visit and consultation of the Site of GAMMA STAMPI SNC (hereinafter referred to as ‘Site’) do not generally involve collection and processing of user’s personal data except for navigation data and cookies as specified below. In addition to the so-called “navigation data” (see below), personal data voluntarily provided by the user may be processed when the latter interacts with the Website functionalities or requests to use the services offered on the Site.

In compliance with the Privacy Code, GAMMA STAMPI SNC  may also collect the user’s personal data from third parties when carrying out its business activities.

Cookies and navigation data

The Site uses “cookies”. By using the Site, the user consents to the use of cookies in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Cookies are small files stored on the user’s computer hard disk. There are two macro categories of cookies: technical cookies and profiling cookies.
“Technical cookies” are necessary for the proper functioning of a website and to allow user navigation; without them, the user may not be able to display the pages correctly or use some services.
The “profiling cookies” have the task of creating user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the user while browsing.

_ “persistent” cookies, which remain in the browser for a certain period of time. They are used, for example, to recognize the device that connects to a site facilitating authentication operations for the user;

_ “own” cookies, generated and directly managed by the manager of the website on which the user is browsing;
_ “third-party” cookies, generated and managed by subjects other than the operator of the website on which the user is browsing.

Cookies used on the site
The Site uses the following types of cookies:
1) own, session and persistent cookies, necessary to allow navigation on the Site, for internal security and system administration purposes;
2) third-party, session and persistent cookies, necessary to allow the user to use multimedia elements present on the Site, such as images and videos;
3) third-party, persistent cookies used by the Site to send statistical information to the Google Analytics system, through which GAMMA STAMPI SNC can carry out statistical analysis of accesses / visits to the Site. The cookies used are exclusively for statistical purposes and collect information in the aggregate form. Through a pair of cookies, one persistent and one session (with expiration at browser closure), Google Analytics also saves a file with the access and leaving times of the user on the website. GAMMA STAMPI SNC does not make any access or control over cookies, web beacons and other user tracking technologies that could be used by third party sites to which the user can access from the Site;

GAMMA STAMPI SNC does not carry out any control on contents and materials published by or obtained through third party sites, nor on the relative methods of treatment of user’s personal data, and expressly disclaims any relative responsibility for such eventualities. The user is required to check the privacy policies of third-party sites accessed through the Site and to inform about the applicable conditions to the processing of personal data. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site as defined above.

How to disable cookies in browsers

The User can manage cookie preferences directly within his browser and prevent – for example – third parties from installing them. Through browser preferences, it is also possible to delete cookies installed in the past, including the cookie in which consent to the installation of cookies by this site is eventually saved. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User may make use of the information provided by EDAA (EU), Network Advertising Initiative(USA) and Digital Advertising Alliance (USA), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar services. With these services it is possible to manage the tracking preferences of most advertising tools.
