Gamma Stampi is a mechanical workshop specialized in a wide range of precision machining of different types of materials.
It uses high precision numerical control machines (CNC) and highly qualified personnel for all its activities.
Gamma Stampi is structured for the production of components for automatic machines, complete design and prototyping projects with application areas ranging from automotive, aerospace and medical.
Gamma Stampi designs and builds special machines such as equipment for machining centers, palletized lines for the assembly of automotive parts, transfer machines for serial machining and turnkey machines designed and built according to specific customer needs, which can be implemented with robot interlocking.
Thanks to a constant growth and en ever bigger experience, the company specialized in the construction of a wide range of stamping machines for the mechanical precision finishing of gaskets of different compounds (NBR, HNBR, rubber canvas, silicone, fluorsilicone…) and different dimensions for the automotive, aerospace, medical and food fields. This system is intended for those who need precise deburring and finishing of products after the moulding phase, avoiding harmful thermal shocks and abrasive effects.
The punching presses allow to obtain a more fluid production process and to reach high quality and efficiency levels: the percentage of waste is reduced to 3% compared to 10-15% of the classic method. Among them we must mention the FDS 8T-I and the FDS 12T-I with independent stations, both born from the continuous development of the already tested FDS 16T.
