PRECISION MACHINING

Gamma Stampi is a mechanical workshop specialized in a wide range of precision machining of different types of materials.

It uses high precision numerical control machines (CNC) and highly qualified personnel for all its activities.

Gamma Stampi is structured for the production of components for automatic machines, complete design and prototyping projects with application areas ranging from automotive, aerospace and medical.

SPECIAL MACHINES

Gamma Stampi designs and builds special machines such as equipment for machining centers, palletized lines for the assembly of automotive parts, transfer machines for serial machining and turnkey machines designed and built according to specific customer needs, which can be implemented with robot interlocking.

PUNCHING MACHINES

Thanks to a constant growth and en ever bigger experience, the company specialized in the construction of a wide range of stamping machines for the mechanical precision finishing of gaskets of different compounds (NBR, HNBR, rubber canvas, silicone, fluorsilicone…) and different dimensions for the automotive, aerospace, medical and food fields. This system is intended for those who need precise deburring and finishing of products after the moulding phase, avoiding harmful thermal shocks and abrasive effects.

The punching presses allow to obtain a more fluid production process and to reach high quality and efficiency levels: the percentage of waste is reduced to 3% compared to 10-15% of the classic method. Among them we must mention the FDS 8T-I and the FDS 12T-I with independent stations, both born from the continuous development of the already tested FDS 16T. The Punching press FDS TI-S is an evolution of the already well-known and tested FDS 8T-I, which presents great news regarding:

Better safety standards:

Isolation and closure of control elements, such as pressure switches, pressure regulators and everything that is part of the factory calibration, in order to make them accessible only to adequately qualified personnel, or intended to be only used by Gamma Stampi technicians and consequently not accessible to standard operators.
Recess of the electrical panel in the base of the machine and installation on anti-vibration mounts, in order to reduce the vibrations which can lead to the deterioration of some elements of the system.
Replacement of the previous mobile front protection. The new machine is equipped with a mobile protection independently moved and equipped with coded limit switches that activate the movement of the moving plates only when the protection is completely closed.
New locking system for the movable plates that operates in any emergency situation thanks to a pneumatic locking device.

Better performance and efficiency:

Installation of a new PLC for the Industry 4.0 interface that allows the collection of data using the company network.

Better ergonomics and new aesthetics:

Moving of the two-hand control, of the machine adjustment elements and of the touch-screen in order to reach a more suitable position, according to the suitable measurements for the ergonomic standards.
“Book opening” of the back door in order to increase the loading and unloading space and reduce the side dimensions.
Extension of the operator’s visual field by acting on the front of the machine.
Modification of the loading and unloading position for a better use by the operator.
Extension of the basement of the machine in order to obtain better stability.
More compact and homogeneous appearance.

MOULDS

Gamma Stampi, according to the customers’ requests, also builds moulds for precision mechanical deburring to be interfaced to each FDS model. The goal is to reach and guarantee a perfect finishing of a wide range of articles.
